Faith Group,
LLC is a planning and consulting firm whose
mission is focused on helping clients unfold the
complex issues surrounding continued operational
changes, including those brought about by new
information technology development, security, and
baggage screening requirements.
Faith Group is a
Full-Spectrum service provider from “As Is”
analysis to implementation to end user training,
testing and terminal activation. Faith Group helps
clients develop a new vision for the future and
the tools that will be required to help them meet
their new agenda. Services that Faith Group
provides include:
Planning,
Programming, Analysis and Design of current
operations, business models, security programs,
information technology systems, baggage handling
systems, and systems integration for program
concept development and engineering design. This
also includes the development of consolidated
management systems to support the combination of
security, operations, and maintenance functions
into a consolidated, integrated facility for all
command and control features and functions.
Business and
Strategic Policies, Procedures and Processes
for implementing technology programs and security
initiatives by interfacing with government
agencies such as DHS and TSA. The approach is
focused on establishing and providing clarity to
clients on federal mandates, stakeholder needs,
funding alternatives and analysis of security and
technology tools required to support new
operations. This also includes providing
operational analysis and document control programs
for streamlining business processes and meeting
operational challenges.
Change
Management that strategically benefits the
airport organization and operations through
verification of design, change management
committees, and review and validation of policies
and procedures. Strategically position and focus
limited assets and resources on priority
objectives, mitigate losses and project impacts,
and identify opportunities that can be realized in
the short/medium/long term in a timely and
fiscally responsible manner
Transition/Activation
Planning to successfully manage the
construction phase of the program and transition a
newly built facility or technology system into a
fully integrated operation. This includes ensuring
that the infrastructure is installed, tested and
commissioned in time for systems trials and
simulation, that Standard Operating Policy and
Procedures are planned so that Management,
Operational Staff, Support and Maintenance Staff
are prepared for facility operational day, that
Operational Procedures for Airport Staff, Airline
Staff, Security and Safety are developed, and that
training practices coincide with Standard
Operating Procedures. Transitional planning also
includes the development of operational test cases
and simulation scenarios and to assist in the
execution of those scenarios.

in 2004, Faith Group, LLC is currently comprised
of highly skilled professionals, each with over 15
years of experience in Airport Security,
Information Technology, Command and Control and
Baggage Screening systems planning and design.
