Faith Group is proud to share that Bill Foy has officially begun his term as President of BICSI, the global professional association for advancing the information and communications technology (ICT) community, currently serving more than 26,000 members and credential holders.
Bill’s presidency marks an exciting new chapter in a leadership journey rooted in service to the industry and dedication to elevating standards, education, and innovation across ICT.
After serving on the BICSI Board of Directors for more than five years, Bill was announced in 2024 as the organization’s incoming President. With the new term now underway, we are honored to celebrate this milestone. Bill was formally inducted as BICSI President during the 2026 BICSI Winter Conference, marking the official start of his two-year term.
