Organizations face mounting threats to their businesses from all directions: physical, cyber, structural, and operational. Faith Group is revolutionizing the way organizations approach security programs. We focus on optimizing existing systems and infrastructure, expanding use cases, and designing new systems that are flexible, adaptable, and resilient. Faith Group fosters a security culture that serves our clients’ needs, supports overall operations, and allows our clients to realize the best possible return on their security investment. We take care of security so clients can stay focused on their customers and core business mission.

Our Focus

Faith Group takes a holistic view of security programs, often recommending a layered and phased approach to security challenges for buildings, sites, and campuses. Every client and location is unique, and we develop tailored security programs for each, from security master plans, policies, and procedures to full security technology design engineering, construction management, system commissioning, testing, activation, and issue diagnosis and remediation on existing systems. Our certified experts understand that a security program is not only comprised of the security technology system itself but also the critical infrastructure that runs underneath and the operations needed to support and facilitate a secure environment. Faith Group uses our in-house PSP, ESS, CPTED, and CPP professionals to create the systems, policies, and procedures required of a security program, and our in-house RCDD, CISSP, and CCNP professionals design the network architecture, storage, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity elements that are fundamental to a complete and successful program.

As nationally recognized experts, Faith Group sets the standard for the security industry through our publications with the Transportation Research Board and National Safe Skies Alliance Reports to include topics such as security master planning, security operations centers, perimeter breaches, employee inspection, protecting access, and unmanned aircraft systems (UAS). We also participate regularly in industry organizations and advisory committees that formulate future security regulations and standards. The best practices and knowledge garnered from these industry-leading efforts provides Faith Group with relevant benchmarking and industry trends data. Paired with our understanding of a broad range of environment-specific threats, our staff make tailored experience-based recommendations based on best practices and a forward-thinking approach.

Flexibility is key as we work with a variety of end users and partners at every phase of a project, from planning to system engineering to diagnosis and remediation. Our goal is to design a system and build a security program that supports both the end user requirements and stakeholder goals and objectives. In addition to Owners, we partner with Architects, Contractors, and Integrators, all while working together with regulatory and police agencies to support planning, design, and construction efforts for security programs. With a business-first mindset, we look beyond technology as a solution to put in place the policies, procedures, staffing, change management processes, and governance to support long-term, successful security system deployments.
