Advances in building MEP/FP systems focus on challenging goals in sustainability, resiliency, health, and overall environmental footprint while delivering exceptional building comfort, energy-efficient operations, and low maintenance costs. Our engineers design practical, efficient, cost-effective, and occupant-focused solutions. We bring innovative approaches and strategies that conserve natural resources, reduce operational impacts, and prolong the useful life of our clients’ buildings.

Our Focus

Faith Group’s integrated approach to MEP/FP systems focuses on energy efficiency, sustainability, resiliency, physical comfort, healthy environments, and maintainability. Our MEP/FP approach is to strategically engineer essential building systems to operate as expected without disruptions. Faith Group understands the need to balance forward-thinking design with industry innovation to create functional, practical, and cost-effective engineered systems that meet the client’s exact needs. We focus on systems integration, with expertise in Building Management and Automation systems, using our full breadth of in-house discipline experts to integrate all systems for the highest level of visibility, control, and customization.

Our licensed, professional engineers (PE) are practiced at integrating seamlessly into any project or team and act as a partner, rather than simply an MEP/FP specialist. We advocate for project success, inform all stakeholders, and ensure expected outcomes are achieved. With broad multi-discipline knowledge and experience, we see beyond our scope to proactively identify, coordinate, and solve challenges for the benefit of the project team. Our staff brings flexibility, transparency, and a willingness to help where needed to drive successful outcomes on even the most complex design projects.

As a project transitions from design into construction, we work closely with contractors to ensure the design intent is understood, all standards and codes are met, and all MEP/FP systems are properly coordinated through ongoing Building Information Modeling (BIM) coordination and design collaboration through construction. Faith Group also supports sustainability consulting initiatives including LEED certification, commissioning, energy modeling and analysis, measurement and verification, and analysis to enhance performance.
