Master Systems Integrator (MSI) program management is an emerging trend, where this role is critical in delivering complex integrated systems on large projects and programs. With our breadth of special systems subject matter expertise and business-first mindset, we coordinate across all disciplines and organizations to translate business goals into implementable and sustainable technology solutions. We ensure clients are set up for the long-term operations and maintenance of their systems with business intelligence tools, dashboards, and analytics.


Any number of unforeseen issues can arise once new systems are installed in the live environment and, at that point the client’s investment is locked in. To proactively avoid these challenges, Faith Group has deployed an in-house Test Lab where systems and software can be tested in a controlled lab that emulates the client’s environment before they are implemented. This approach prevents clients from purchasing equipment and software that does not meet their desired requirements and avoids issues in the field. Our test lab also allows us to develop proofs of concept and pilot programs, service-hosting options, and digital twin solutions.
