Earlier this month, Lambert–St. Louis International Airport Director, Rhonda Hamm Niebruegge announced that a team led by HOK was chosen to design the new consolidated airport terminal. The current terminals will remain operational during the project until the new terminal is completed, which is currently slated for 2032. Our firm will be providing audiovisual (AV), IT/communications, and special systems design, along with any needed SMS consulting.

As a St. Louis-based firm, we are thrilled to be a part of the HOK team that will work on this unique project to accommodate growth in air travel demand at our home airport. Our Owner and Managing Principal Faith Varwig started her aviation career working on the Airport’s Concourse D for Ozark Airlines, and many other projects over the years, so it has been exciting to watch the evolution of the airport and to be selected to be a part of a project that is core to the fabric of our firm.
