As of Jan. 1, 2024, Joe Fallon has been appointed as an At-Large Board Director by the Building Industry Consulting Service International, Incorporated (BICSI) Board of Directors to serve the remaining term of a Board Regional Director who recently resigned to become a BICSI staff member. Joe will serve through the end of this year alongside 12 other Board members to include four officers, seven other directors, and the chief executive officer.
As a member of BICSI’s Board, Joe will take part in providing strategic direction for the organization that guides BICSI’s membership programs, education and training programs, conferences and events, credentials and certification programs, and its accredited international standards and publications programs. He will be working hard to help BICSI further its mission to advance the information and communications technology profession while consistently demonstrating BICSI’s core values of integrity, service, and excellence.
Joe is the Director of Security and Construction Services for Faith Group. He leads the firm’s security consulting, site services, construction administration, and commissioning groups to enhance service offerings and improve project delivery, along with serving on the Leadership Team. His technical expertise includes electronic safety and security, information and communications technology, and cybersecurity considerations. Joe’s experience spans the entire project lifecycle from system design, software development, hands-on installation, troubleshooting, project management, and project risk mitigation. Throughout his nearly 30-year career, he has performed system design and project management for a variety of projects for large-scale command, control, and communication (C3) facilities; airports; transportation; oil and gas; city/state/federal governments; education; and commercial clients. Joe recently earned the Aviation Security Professional Manager (AVSEC PM) certification from the International Civil Aviation Organization (the specialized agency of the United Nations), in addition to his Physical Security Professional (PSP), Registered Communications Distribution Designer® (RCDD®), and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certifications.
