San Francisco International Airport

Multiple Projects and Programs

San Francisco, CA

San Francisco International Airport (SFO) is one of the busiest international hubs in North America with connections to the Pacific rim. To prepare the airport for growing demand, SFO is in the middle of implementing a $5B+ capital program to remake itself into a world-class international gateway. Faith Group has played a key role in supporting SFO’s goals to enhance passenger experience, improve safety and security, upgrade technology, lower operating costs, and reduce its environmental footprint.

As a trusted advisor to Airport decision-makers and multiple project teams since 2015, Faith Group has performed in the following roles:

  • Prime Program Manager – Responsible for exceptional project delivery as SFO’s owner representative providing thought leadership and guidance, as well as scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder management on the Energy Management & Control System (EMCS) and Airport Security Infrastructure Program (ASIP), which was delivered more than $10M below budget.
  • Lead Special Systems Designer – Responsible for working with Design-Build teams for the Wayfinding Engagement Program, Courtyard 3 Connector, and Terminal 1 Boarding Area B projects.
  • Special Systems Consultant – Responsible for providing advisory services on a variety of legacy and new technology systems, producing technical documentation, and developing airport-wide technology standards across multiple capital projects.
  • Activation and Commissioning – Responsible for capital program technical management and developing standards for activation and commissioning activities across all projects.
