Since 2019, Faith Group has worked with the State of Missouri to provide consulting and design/engineering services for a variety of facilities. The firm has provided expertise across multiple disciplines for Mechanical/ Electrical/ Plumbing (MEP) systems.
Current Projects include:
- 9900 Page Ave Building Replace HVAC Rooftop Units – For the State’s 94,000 sf. Admin Building in Overland, MO, staff completed a building-wide Rooftop Unit (RTU) Replacement. The project began with an initial study to determine what HVAC options were available short- and long-term, given the budget restraints. A plan was developed to replace 14 RTUs, add a central web-based DDC control systems and add controls to the remaining 12 RTUs. The project also included a review of Covid-19 mitigation strategies, resulting in the addition of increased filtration and use of a Bi-Polar Ionization technology.
- Boonslick State School HVAC System Upgrades – Faith Group provided schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction admin/inspection for the replacement and upgrade of the HVAC system to include the chiller, AHU, chilled water loop, and building automation controls.
- Route 66 State Park Roadhouse Museum Study HVAC System – Faith Group completed an existing conditions assessment, recommendations report and detailed cost estimates for each option, and schematic design for the HVAC system and building automation controls to increase reliability and efficiency.
