Current Projects include:
- Advanced Manufacturing Center (AMC) – This new 3-story state-of-the-art facility, located on the STLCC Florissant Valley Campus, is part of the STLCC Transformed District-Wide Master Plan to ensure STLCC programs and facilities can meet the job training and retraining demands for good paying jobs in Missouri. The multi-purpose facility includes lab/workshop spaces, the Emerson program suite, administration office suites, classrooms, lounges, and core space. Faith Group designed the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and low voltage (MEPFP-LV) systems for the facility.
- Drone Facility – A new netted drone enclosure and pavilion space was constructed on the Florissant Valley Campus. Faith Group provided engineering design to extend new electrical service to support general power, lighting, and the drone control panel, along with a new fiber network service from AMC to the pavilion structure. The firm also provided engineering design for a storm drainage for the pavilion structure.
- Student Center Facility – Faith Group recently completed a full renovation of the existing 20,000 sf Student Center, and demolition of the Administration, PE, Communications, and Informational Resources buildings. The facility houses administrative spaces, dining spaces, kitchen and servery, studying and continuing education spaces, and miscellaneous student life office suites. Faith Group provided mechanical and electrical design and consulting services for MEPFP-LV systems and oversaw the demolition of the four facilities listed above. Faith Group is providing bid phase support and construction administration services during the construction phase of the project, which is set to be finalized in summer-2026.
- Administration / Instructional Facility – A partial renovation of this facility included the campus’ new library, Art Gallery, Fine Arts spaces, and classroom space. The Library provides a welcoming academic hub for students and faculty. The front entry opens into a light-filled lobby anchored by a prominent circulation desk that serves as the focal point of the space. The Art Gallery includes a specialized lighting system works in hand with the neutral background of the space to highlight the rotating displays of the best work from this renowned art department.
