New Elementary School Commissioning

Faith Group is working with the School District to provide commissioning services associated with the construction of a new elementary school at 700 Broadway in Venice, IL. The project includes the construction of a one-story building that will include classrooms, a cafeteria, and a gymnasium. The project is currently in the design development phase, and Faith Group has been engaged as the prime commissioning authority for the systems and building envelope during the design document review process. Faith Group is leading systems commissioning, and overseeing the subconsultant performing the building envelope commissioning, with a focus on the academic wing, secure entry points, and a storm shelter.
