June 11, 2025, St. Louis, MO – Faith Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Jeff Clements as its new Federal Program Manager. He officially joined the company on May 27, 2025.
Jeff brings more than 20 years of federal government experience, directly supporting the U.S. Navy under the Naval Information Warfare Command. Most recently, he served as the Design Program Manager for the Naval Electronic Security Systems Program (NAVESS), overseeing complex security engineering process initiatives for global Navy security engineering activities. Concurrently, he led digital engineering efforts for the Commander, Navy Installation Command’s (CNIC) Public Safety Systems Program, coordinating multidisciplinary project teams across physical security, IT,Cybersecurity and Operations Center domains. Other previous work included security engineering and design for multiple high-profile clients: U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Department of Justice (DOJ), Transportation Security Administration (TSA), U.S. Secret Service, and U.S. Air Force.

In this pivotal role, Jeff will lead and oversee Faith Group’s Federal Market portfolio, including both projects and client relationships. This position encompasses full lifecycle project delivery – from planning through execution – while supporting strategic growth and business development efforts within the Federal sector. As an Object Management Group (OMG) Certified Systems Modeling Professional (OCSMP), he brings a model-based systems engineering approach that will enhance Faith Group’s ability to deliver integrated, scalable, and technically rigorous solutions across its federal market. Additionally, he will act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring project success, client satisfaction, and alignment with company objectives.
