The City of Ballwin Police Department has recently completed construction of a new, three-story, state-of-the-art facility, built with non-combustible materials that meet modern building and life safety standards. Designed and outfitted with advanced systems and spaces, the new station supports a full-service police outfit, including inmate processing and housing, detective headquarters with hard & soft interview spaces, evidence processing & storage, dispatch & 911 call center, and armory. The building also includes underground parking, secured sally port, modern ventilation systems, full ADA compliance, a fitness room, and safer, more efficient entryways for officers and visitors.

Faith Group served as the Commissioning Authority (CxA) and Building Envelope Commissioning Agent (BECxA) for the project, testing and monitoring the building’s mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), life safety, access control, video surveillance, 911 communications, and emergency power systems to verify optimal performance and integration. The team also oversaw the building envelope design and performed envelope performance testing to enhance energy efficiency and long-term durability.
