Greater Orlando Airport Authority operates central Florida’s premier airport, Orlando International Airport (MCO), which serves as the domestic and international gateway to the theme park capital of the world. Since 2007, Faith Group has served as the On-Call IT Consultant driving the airport’s vision to deliver superior passenger experience. As a trusted advisor, our firm has provided a variety of services, including on-site project management and design, industry research, technology planning, concept development, software development, system specifications, solution architecture, staff augmentation, and construction commissioning services. Significant task orders have included an IT master plan (and three updates), an industry-leading digital media ecosystem (supporting 1,500+ displays), mobile application, Bluetooth low energy (BLE) beacon infrastructure development, MCO Cares website, smart wayfinding, Maximo upgrade, access control migration and upgrades, and video surveillance system planning.
