On-Call Security Design Testing and Commissioning

Faith Group serves as the Prime Consultant for an on-call contract with Pierce County, providing comprehensive security systems planning, design, and construction phase services. Our work includes a wide range of security design & consulting services for various Pierce County needs.

For the first task order under this contract, Faith Group is leading efforts for a Security Electronics Study for the 24,000 sf Remann Hall Juvenile Detention Center in Tacoma, Washington. The scope of work includes upgrades to the video surveillance system and supporting electrical and telecom updates required for the security upgrade.  This is the first task of a multi-year effort to modernize the Detention Center’s overall security system (intercom, access control, and building security controls).

Faith Group provides program verification and existing conditions validation, schematic design, design development, construction documents, bid phase support, and construction administration/closeout for the Detention Center.
