Part of Rankin Technical College, Ranken Southeast is a new state-of-the-art 25,000 sf. one-story facility located in Perryville. The new, hybrid educational facility combines traditional classrooms and office spaces with fully equipped workshops and makerspaces that allow users to make, learn, explore, and share ideas. These spaces are available to external trade organizations through a partnership with the college, where they work with students on various vocational education programs. The facility has seven lab spaces, five classrooms, conference rooms, and a staff break room. The facility broadens the reach of Ranken to more students by servicing other sectors such as diesel mechanics and industrial technology.
Faith Group performed design and construction administration services for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, low voltage, and fire protection to provide ultimate flexibility and accommodate future programs. With a fast-paced design and construction schedule, Faith Group worked closely with Ranken and the construction team to overcome supply chain and equipment shortages and provided creative work-around solutions by using alternative equipment to allow the facility to open on time and the team to meet the construction schedule.
