St. Louis Community College (STLCC) broke ground on their 95,000 sf, three story Advanced Manufacturing Center, located on the Florissant Valley Campus, on Friday, August 18th. The center is part of the STLCC Transformed District-Wide Master Plan to ensure STLCC programs and facilities can meet the job training and retaining demands for good paying jobs in Missouri. Our Project Manager, Matt Fisher, was in attendance at the ceremony.
JEMA is the architect of record, and Faith Group is providing engineering design and consulting services for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, IT/communications, security, and audiovisual systems. We are also providing support during the bid phase and construction phase providing construction administration services. The project is anticipated to be completed in February 2025.
